I too said hurtful things when I am. Most of the things said when people is angry are the truth so we cannot take it back.

Why do i say hurtful things when i m mad. We need to ease our own anger and hurt before we can walk away. We can only regret it and say sorry but the truth will always be there. When we are angry we are hurt thats why we want the other to hurt too.

But is a terrible feeling afterwards when you see. Sometimes we can choose not to say nasty things. People when angry are actually hurt and they just want to hurt other to get even or feel better and that is why they say horrible things.

Its ok to be angry its a normal human emotion but we can hurt others by projecting our anger onto them and hurting them in many ways including saying hurtful things. Walking away when you are angry so that no hurtful words are spoken is not easy.
